One-star service quality?The service provider does not inspect the product before it is shipped.The water supply and drainage system is not checked, causing water leaks.The product sent is not the same as the sample product.

Stay away from this supplier! Pictures look great and the customer service people will tell you everything you want to hear. I ordered this chair for my wife's office. This chair was shipping from China to USA and of course needed a USA plug. The supplier manufactured the chair with a plug and wiring suitable for China and not USA. Not sure how an error like that can occur. Besides that the cord and plug look all discolored as if it was previously used. Lastly the chair came all dirty which looks like quality control is a problem. So basically a waste of money and I should have just bought this chair in USA! The supplier offered a cheap converter plug that I can purchase for $10 but this will not make all of the functions of the chair work. Waste of money and time!
